I grew up in Mexico City, and currently live there. In College I studied biology and Philosophy of science. After some years of practicing and studying Buddhism, for graduated school I went to Maitripa College (in Oregon, USA) and did a MA in Buddhist Studies. More than 25 years ago I decided to dedicate my life to education, and I’ve been teaching ever since, because it’s my preferred way to contribute for a more harmonious society. I firmly believe that through meditation, not only we can make a radical change in our lives, but in the world itself.

Since my first encounter with contemplative practices in 2006, I knew I had to integrate this valuable practices into my life. Inspired by my teachers, I felt called to share these tools with others. I became a certified facilitator with AtentaMente Consultores in 2020 and with Tergar International in 2025. I believe mindfulness is a powerful key to creativity and well-being. Passionate about travel, books, long walks, and nature, I continue to deepen my own path and my purpose is to share the practices that deeply transformed my own life.
