Level 2 Cohort 2026

Hi , Welcome to Joy of Living Level 2 Cohort.

We are so happy to have you!

In this second level, Mingyur Rinpoche teaches us how to connect with our innate capacity for love, compassion, joy (joyful appreciation), and equanimity. As part of a supportive community, we will explore these practices together, learning from each other’s experiences and insights.
