“Meditation changed my life. I discovered Mingyur Rinpoche through a video I saw on social media. I had been meditating for a long time, but when I saw him, I realized he was going to be my teacher! He has this way of cutting straight to the truth in such a simple and profound way. It’s not heavy at all. My recommendation for anyone thinking of joining: just do it! It’s incredibly helpful!”

“I've been practicing the Joy of Living, and these practices have made me a more open, loving, and compassionate person. I've developed a stronger connection with myself, my friends, and my family. When faced with challenging situations, I now find greater flexibility in finding solutions. In the past, when I felt hurt, my instinct was to build walls, but through the Joy of Living, I've learned that it's okay to embrace everything that arises within me. Everything becomes a support to recognize awareness. I'm truly thankful for this program.”
