Add the Joy of Living calendar
Click "Add to Google Calendar" on the Explore page. A calendar preview will open in a new tab.

On the preview page, click "Add to Google Calendar" link. On desktop, this appears as a small blue link in the bottom-left corner:

When prompted, click "Add" to confirm. That's it! The Joy of Living live sessions will now appear in your Google Calendar.

Click "Add to Outlook / iCal". The .ics file will download to your device.
Tap "Add to Outlook / iCal". The .ics file will download to your device.
Click on the downloaded file to open it directly in your calendar app, or import it manually (usually under "File" or "Settings" in your calendar app).
When the calendar invitation appears, tap "Allow" to continue with the import.
When prompted, click "OK" to confirm. That's it! The Joy of Living live sessions will now appear in your calendar.
A list of events from the .ics file will appear; tap "Add All" in the upper right corner to add them to your calendar.
