I have been practising meditation for over 40 years and am delighted to be able to share it with other seekers on the path of life. My path has led me to Tibetan Buddhism. I am also a practitioner of Jungian psychotherapy and have been training therapists for many years. Thanks to this journey, I now know that the practice of meditation allows us to connect with consciousness, love, compassion and wisdom, all of our innate qualities.

  • • Anytime Anywhere Meditation
  • • Meditation 101 for ordinary people who suffer from high sensitivity, anxiety, pressure, or self-criticism, and are seeking true happiness, which means a more stable, kind relationship with ourselves, and a wise view towards everything.
  • • 365-day guided journey

Graduated from top university in China and having a decent career that I had passion for, I still felt something was missing. Actually my journey to find true happiness started very young, when I was a little girl with death anxiety, self-criticism and over sensitivity. In 2010 I began to meditate, and that really worked. I went to different teachers and retreats, and in 2015 I started following Mingyur Rinpoche's simple, clear, practical teachings. Along my way, Meditation has completely changed me. My fear, my self-criticism, are they still there? Yes, even after 15 years of practice. But my relationship with them transformed. Being able to see clearly that they are not real or at least not solid, makes me so incredibly free. Therefore, I want to bring that freedom, that change to your life, too.
