I was working in creative area for 13 years, but I’m not creative at all hahaha… because I wasn’t completely use my skills to create path that align with love. I was spent my life driven by fear that I didn’t even aware of. Meditation helps me to understand myself better, and it saves my life, I love to be alive instead of dragging myself in daily basis in order to survive. Therefore I want to offer this life changing experience to people, wishing that my offering can helps them to helping themselves. I’m grateful for the teaching and wonderful support of Tergar community, and for three years being appointed by Tergar Indonesia to create their content story makes this MTP journey and AAM teaching as an extended version of the path that I choose to walk on.

Meditation has greatly enriched my life, and my aspiration is to share its benefits with others. About five years ago, a friend introduced me to Tergar and the Joy of Living program, where I learned to befriend my emotions and meet life with greater openness. Before that, I spent my career with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, working on river and wetland restoration in the Klamath Basin. Now retired, I continue to explore the harmony between inner and outer nature.

  • Meditation for a broad range of people

I’m a trained teacher for philosophy, politics and music in secondary schools and I’m teaching students between the ages of 10 to 19 in my daily work. I discovered meditation in my early twenties and practice and study since then in different traditions - since 2020 especially with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche and in the Tergar Community. Meditation had a major impact on my life. It helps me ta lot o find calm and stability facing the ups and downs of life, to be more like the person I want to be – for myself and others and to live my life with kindness and awareness. I hope to be able to share the practice and it’s huge benefits with all sorts of other people – especially with children, students and fellow teachers at schools. I completed my training to become a TCAAMT Tergar Certified AAM Teacher within the Tergar Community under Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche in 2024.

Meditation teacher certified and philosopher M.A., working as a freelance meditation teacher and trainer since 2021. I received my basic training as a meditation teacher from Mindfulife GbR. I then completed training to become a TCAAMT Tergar Certified AAM Teacher with the Tergar Community under Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. I have been giving meditation courses for both private individuals and companies. I also offer guided meditations in the Mindclub app and work as an instructor in the meditation teacher training of Mindfulife GbR. One focus of my courses is on the connection between meditation and happiness. I discovered meditation for myself when I was suffering from severe pain due to a long-term illness. Meditation enabled me to deal with it in a more constructive way. Because of this, it is particularly important to me to convey to the participants in my courses how they can with the help of meditation deal with life's challenges more constructively and live a good life despite them

In 2009, I rediscovered the dharma thanks to Pema Chödron and began meditating (very rigorously and seriously) in the Shambhala community, where I became an instructor of the Way of the Warrior. In 2014, Mingyur Rinpoche's first book scotched me (in French, "Bonheur de la Méditation"): at last, simple, clear and generous access to the dharma open to all! Since then, I've been following Rinpoche's teachings with joy and gratitude, and am now leading meditation in the Tergar Geneva mini-group.

My work has always been to help others live healthy, happy, independent lives. My first career was helping people with physical disabilities through Occupational Therapy. From there I explored alternative ways to help people through massage, cranio-sacral therapy and Reiki. Currently, I teach Alignment yoga, and am a certified Yoga Therapist. Healthy mindful movement is important, and equally important is learning to train the mind. Anytime Anywhere meditation can help us discover awareness in our every day lives. I'm happy and proud to be a guide with meditation. It has changed my life in so many positive ways, and I am honored to help people discover their own awareness, love, compassion ,and wisdom.
