Until 2013, I spent over 20 years in the industrial waste management sector, holding leadership roles and later working in environmental consulting. Since then, I have focused on helping individuals and organizations foster well-being, first as a coach and now as a mindfulness instructor, incorporating the AAM program. I also spent 8 years managing a professional association in the waste sector. In 2020 I discovered meditation through the book Joy of Living, and it opened a completely new chapter in my life. Guided by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, I completed Joy of Living 1–3, Path of Liberation 1 & 2 in Kathmandu, and the Meditation Teacher Program. Today I volunteer with Tergar Russia, supporting the annual conference Buddha, Brain and Neurophysiology of Happiness and helping its message reach and touch wider audiences. With more than 10 years of experience as a lawyer and project manager, I now dedicate my skills and devotion to sharing meditation as a way to heal, open the heart, and support others.

I was born in 1985 in a heavy industrial town deep in Russia. I spent my early adult life working in IT but left the job to travel in India and Nepal. I got my BA in History of India and later continued my professional education in psychotherapy. I first learned about Tibetan Buddhism at the age of 18 or so and since then have received teachings from many wonderful teachers, especially from Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche and Mingyur Rinpoche. I currently work as a Russian translator for Mingyur Rinpoche. Single mom of a half-Tibetan half-Russian teenager. In love with jiu-jitsu.
