Anytime Anywhere Meditation Challenge encourages you on a journey to discover your innate wellbeing, simply by establishing a new and healthy habit in just 30 days.  You will have the opportunity to reveal that meditation can be simple and beneficial.

By placing you at the center of your own experience Anytime Anywhere Meditation shows that all environments and all activities can reward you with a deeper sense of awareness, clarity and enduring happiness.

By taking this challenge and sharing your progress on your social media accounts with the hashtag #anytimeanywheremeditation you will be meditating alongside a global community of fellow meditators who, like you, are motivated to live with boundless awareness, compassion and wisdom.

At the completion of the challenge you will be rewarded for free online participation in the Anytime Anywhere workshop where you can learn directly from Mingyur Rinpoche and deepen your practice of meditation. This workshop will be live-streamed from Edinburgh, and will focus on the transformative effect of meditation.

  1. To participate in the 30 Day Challenge simply start now.
  2. Meditate for at least 5 minutes a day for 30 days in a row.
  3. At the end of every meditation session simply take a selfie or photograph of the environment in which you meditated and share with the hashtag #anytimeanywheremeditation #30DayChallenge
