  • I teach meditation to a broad range of people and in several kind of institutions (e.g. companies, gyms, schools, universities, hospitals)
  • Meditation for people who suffer from (chronic) pain
  • Meditation for teachers and students at schools and universities

Meditation teacher certified and philosopher M.A., working as a freelance meditation teacher and trainer since 2021. I received my basic training as a meditation teacher from Mindfulife GbR. I then completed training to become a TCAAMT Tergar Certified AAM Teacher with the Tergar Community under Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. I have been giving meditation courses for both private individuals and companies. I also offer guided meditations in the Mindclub app and work as an instructor in the meditation teacher training of Mindfulife GbR. One focus of my courses is on the connection between meditation and happiness. I discovered meditation for myself when I was suffering from severe pain due to a long-term illness. Meditation enabled me to deal with it in a more constructive way. Because of this, it is particularly important to me to convey to the participants in my courses how they can with the help of meditation deal with life's challenges more constructively and live a good life despite them
